This research guide offers a starting point for Immigration Law research. The guide includes primary law associated with Immigration Law, federal agencies that deal with immigration issues, and several secondary sources that can be used to start your research. Some information on foreign and international Law, country conditions, and immigration organizations is also provided in the research guide.

*Please note that a number of the resources listed in this research guide (e.g., HeinOnline) are subscription services that can only be accessed by USC students, faculty, and staff. You will be prompted to enter your USCnet ID (your Blackboard ID) to enter these sites if accessing wirelessly. Additionally, Lexis, Westlaw, and Bloomberg Law can only be accessed by students, faculty, and staff of the law school. Please use your unique username and password to sign in to each database. Furthermore, this guide references Advocat, the USC Law Library's online catalog, and the USC Immigration Clinic for print materials.
