There are no trademark-specific case reporters. However, Westlaw, Bloomberg Law, and Lexis provide filtering options to search results that include only cases involving trademarks.

Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS). United States Patent and Trademark Office.

• TESS is the USPTO's electronic trademark database and contains registered trademarks, expired trademarks, and trademark applications. TESS can search trademarks by owner, name, and details of the mark, among other things. It is highly recommended that you read through the TESS help page on the USPTO website before using the search system, as TESS searches provide better results when trademark and IP-specific terms of art are used.

Trademark Official Gazette. United States Patent and Trademark Office. (uspto.gov; HeinOnline)

• This weekly journal publishes all trademarks registered by the USPTO that week. The current issue and recently published issues of the Gazette can be viewed on the USPTO website, while archived issues can be viewed on HeinOnline.

Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure. United States Patent and Trademark Office

• The TMEP is the USPTO's official guide to the policies and procedures surrounding trademark applications and registration.

Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Manual of Procedure. United States Patent and Trademark Office

• The TBMP is the USPTO's official guide to the policies and procedures involving appeals to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. 

Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Decisions. United States Patent and Trademark Office

• The TTAB hears trademark appeals and publishes its decisions on the USPTO website.
