Judicial Decisions (Jurisprudence)/Highly Qualified Publicists

Decisions of international tribunals (case law or jurisprudence) can be found in multiple locations depending on the court, with the websites for the respective courts being one of easiest places to find them. Listed below are some additional sources for finding international court jurisprudence.

Additionally, to locate the work of highly regarded publicists, the pages in this guide discussing how to find books and journal articles are your best option.

Annotated Leading Cases of International Tribunals

This database has the full text of the most important decisions, including concurring and dissenting opinions.  Distinguished experts in the field of international criminal law provide commentary on the most important decisions of the tribunals. The online version has cases and commentary up to 2007.  The Library for International and Public Affairs has some of the volumes from this set, but not the complete set.

WorldCourts
