USC Law Library Information

Library access is limited to current USC Gould law students, and to USC students currently enrolled in a Gould program.

The Asa V. Call Law Library is open students currently enrolled in a Gould program (JD, G&IP, BS Legal Studies majors).

  • Alumni and prospective students who wish to visit the law school and/or library may request a tour through Gould's Admissions Office. The library also provides a virtual tour.
  • If you are a USC non-law student and would like a place to study, please visit the USC Libraries site.
  • If you are a current non-Gould USC student or employee and need to borrow our books, please see Access to Our Books.
  • Non-USC (public) patrons may want to consider the LA Law Library, or see our guide sheet for resources available to the public.

We are located on the second and third floors of the law school building. The only library entrances and exits are on the second floor of the building. See our map for more information. Thank you for your interest in the law library.

Filming:

The Gould School of Law has a no-filming policy for the entire building. We regret that we cannot accept requests for filming in the library, even from students of the USC School of Cinematic Arts.
