Oxford Constitutions of the World provides regularly updated, translated copies of constitutions for countries throughout the world, including subnational and state constitutions, selected commentary, and supplementary materials.  This is a subscription resource accessible with your USC ID.  

​HeinOnline's World Constitutions Illustrated provides current and historical access to constitutions from countries throughout the world including commentary found in major constitutional treatises and periodicals.  Translations of constitutions written in languages other than English may also be available.  This is a subscription resource accessible with your USC ID.

This free website from the International Constitutional Law Project provides access to English translations of constitutions for many countries throughout the world.  For some countries, historical background and commentary is also provided.  

This free website has a limited number of current and historical constitutions for various countries, mostly in the vernacular.
