Guide to Online Secondary Sources: About

Guide to Secondary Legal Resources on Lexis and Westlaw

About this Guide

The guide is designed to help you find current treatises and practice guides pertaining to a particular area of law.  Browse the alphabetical list of subjects or enter key words in the "Search this Guide" box. At the top of many subject pages are cross-references to related subjects you should consider consulting as well. Most sources include a hyperlink that will direct you to the USC Gould catalog record, providing additional information about the source and a direct link to the source.

Scope Note: This guide identifies and links to sources available on Lexis, Westlaw, Bloomberg Law and/or VitalLaw, though not all treatises and practice guides available on these research platforms are included. Also not included in this guide are other types of secondary sources such as legal encyclopedias, law review articles, and American Law Reports (A.L.R.) as well as secondary sources available on other USC Gould Online Resources, including CEB Access Law and the Study Aids collections.
