Guide to Online Secondary Sources: About

Guide to Secondary Legal Resources on Lexis and Westlaw

About this Guide

The guide identifies current subject-specific secondary sources available on Lexis and/or Westlaw. Browse the alphabetical list of subjects or enter key words in the "Search this Guide" box. At the top of many subject pages are cross-references to related subjects you should consider consulting as well. Most sources include a hyperlink that will direct you to the USC Gould catalog record, providing additional information about the source and a direct link to the source on Lexis or Westlaw.

Note: this guide does not include all treatises and practice guides available on Lexis and Westlaw, nor does it include other types of secondary sources such as legal encyclopedias, law review articles, and American Law Reports (A.L.R.).  Also, this guide does not include secondary sources accessible through other Online Resources available to the USC Gould community, including Bloomberg Law, CEB OnLAW Pro, Cheetah, and the Study Aids collections.
